Please note that due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once the item has been delivered.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the plant and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery to document any damage or health concerns.

Our horticultural team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine if the plant requires a replacement or a full refund.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, a fresh replacement plant will be shipped to you immediately at no extra cost, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
